Modern warfare: why the US army must reform

I found this to be an interesting article and touched on points that need to be addressed in the Army. I am always hopeful there are people with more pencils in their pocket than me who can address the changing role of the Army. Would hate to see the wholesale draw down they did to us in the 90's. Many senior, experienced leaders were caught in the RIF and BRAC. Left major gaps in the proper training of SMs to become leaders.
