If you get the chance to go here it is absolutely amazing. The locals provide horses and camels and will lead you into the sight if you choose to do that. It is a great hike as well. If you do it be prepared to spend a couple of days in the area to explore it.

Apparently it has recently been learned that the Nabataean Kingdom was larger than known, when ruins of another of it's cities was found in Saudi Arabia's, far north. The city is considered to be the end route of the Frankincense caravans from the Hadhramaut region. There was a program about it on the Smithsonian channel.
