More bonuses for VA employees despite ongoing problems at the agency

You know I am a very knowledgeable person and have experience with our soldiers as well as in the medical field. Im also a hard worker and have a few specialty experiences as well. I have tried for a year to get into the VA to work bc i want to help. And i cant get in.

Poor guy probably needs more funding. In fact, when this mess revealed in full, my suggestion was to contract an unbiased study as to problems and resolutions. Trying to change the tires on a car doom 60 MPH while responsible for the passengers seldom works. I don't care how good you are at managing a huge organization. The other problem is political influence and regulations that tie the hands of those who really care.
