More states join push to elect president based on popular vote

How about we first insure that elections are fair and that only qualified citizens are voting. Then eliminate ballot harvesting and all other voting frauds. Then, if you want to screw with the Constitution, I'll still fight you. Now, think about it. If the majority of people in a small state vote for candidate X and my state casts its electoral votes for candidate Y because the majority of people in NYC and LA vote for candidate Y, I and all other citizens in my state have been disenfranchised.
