The military wouldn't have had to use the funds if the Congress had any brains. The POTUS is doing his damnedest to keep his promises. How about we give a thumbs up for the first politician to actually follow through.

MAJ James Woods except King has been denounced by every other mainstream right of center politician; to say that one wackjob suddenly justifies a legitimate fear is idiotic. Also, nearly every single democrat running for the presidency has advocates complete open borders and massive gun confiscation--Biden's plan would remove all but single shot pistols from the hands of civilians. I think you have just demonstrated your ignorance quite remarkably.

SGT Joseph Gunderson 1. I didn’t say one nut job. You’re making a false assertion to support your views. 2. They didn’t immediately denounce him. It took several embarrassments. His own constituents even accepted the man for who he was ethically and morally and re-elected him. So yeah whatever. Calling others ignorant to make up for your denial of facts is the epitome of ignorance.

MAJ James Woods you had one guy, ergo you have reference to one "nut job". Second, there was a resolution that condemned him by name, something the Democratic side absolutely refuses to do for similar offenses. I don't claim to know the minds of his constituents, but seeing as how politics has been boiled down to a team sport, I wouldn't doubt they reelected him simply to keep a Dem out of office. So, by your own definition, you have demonstrated your ignorance.

MAJ James Woods I also love how you decided to simply focus on King instead of owning up to the fact that open borders and gun confiscation is plastered up and down the Democratic Presidential platforms from Biden on down the line.

The government couldn't pour piss out of a boot with the instructions written on the heel. Why should we expect them to come up with a decent budget?

Technically, it wasn't Trump taking from FEMA, it was congress and it was 2 years ago...
Incidentally, the FEMA money thing didn't happen as the Emergency Powers allowed Trump to take DoD money.

Trump officials divert FEMA disaster funds to immigration relief
The Trump administration is shifting money from disaster relief to immigration enforcement—even with Tropical Storm Dorian threatening a direct hit on Puerto Rico - to fund nearly 6,800 more beds for immigrant detainees.
