Although Francis is sent to the gallows, who will the Military Justice system prosecute under the UCMJ for leaking classified information to non-military and uncleared outsiders?

If this is like another Abu Ghraib prison scandal then, some junior will bite the bullet for those admirals. The 507th Trans Bde in Iraq proved that in the uniformed services juniors pay the price for mistakes of their superiors. However, hopefully times have changed.

Well, people have been wanting the military to trim the fat for some time :)
