Some of your so called facts are lies, KY ranks 20th in economic opportunity, 12th in natural environment, plus it depends on what part of the sate you live, in Western KY education is much higher, unemployment is below 4%, hell Hancock county is trying to get people to move there or at least come for the jobs. they have more jobs in the aluminium industry than people in the whole county. And no offense not sure how Mitch actually can take care of most of what you listed since those are state things handled by the state government which until the last 15 years has been dominated by democrats.
