Now this would be a fun short range hog hunting rifle, or any other game you could get close to! .500 S&W in a Mosin Platform. The Shooter in me says recoil pad may be needed. How they got the extractor to work with the .500 is another thing I would love to see. I own a Tromix .458 SOCOM upper, and I can see where the design for the muzzle brake came from. So will this be a if you build it they will come type firearm?

I've often thought it would be interesting to have a rifle chambered for 500 S&W, but I'd hesitate to modify a somewhat historic rifle. Maybe a lever gun, or an upper for an AR.
