This gang has been around for a long long time and has a deep foothold.
It originated in Los Angeles in LAPDs Rampart Division area. Now the gang is international.
To rid ourselves of this gang, in my opinion, we as a society would basically have to wage war.
And frankly, in our contemporary civilian society I don’t see that they have the stomach for that. The fact of the matter is that our communities are just not ready to allow Police Officers/Deputy Sheriffs to do their jobs to the fullest of their abilities encompassing the necessary violence.
