LMAO. Seriously, adopting a "breathing practice" is easy to do, can be done virtually anywhere and has lots of positive results

I know. But if a headline or synopsis is written in a way where I can make an easy joke.....

I understand the article is talking about breathing PATTERNS and/or CONTROLLED breathing. But saying breathing itself plays a crucial role....

I was using controlled breathing and biofeedback before I even knew what it was. I fully endorse its use and benefits.

If you wanted proof of the effect of a non-medical face mask check your O2 level with the Oximeter. Typically oxygen levels will be down from individual norms. Lt Col Charlie Brown
