Looks like billionaire Bill Ackman has declared war on colleges that condone anti-Semitic behavior. He called out Penny Pritzker - much like I did in another post in regards to Harvard - and is now using AI and his rather extensive research staff to find cases of plagiarism among university administrators and faculty in an effort to hold them accountable.

What is interesting in a defensive move to protect their liberal bastions the left is using left leaning MSM in a coordinated effort to normalize plagiarism and stigmatize the concern as a conservative weapon. This response is alarming as it suggest that the left knows there is a problem in higher education - big checks result in board positions - and those on the board influence political ideology or really any ideology held by board members. This is then manifested in various ways like who is hired to run and teach at colleges and universities. Bill is doing a deep dive and is looking for any school administrators and or faculty who may have borrowed other peoples work as their own and this has the left a bit nervous as it means holding their own accountable.

This however does not come as a surprise as the current president, Joe Biden, has even admitted to plagiarizing in a paper he submitted in law school. MSM did not care as well as much of the left could care less or hold Joe accountable. Its never really been about being actually qualified for a position - its about promoting liberal ideas. Gay is a perfect example.

This approach by Ackman is interesting as if academia decide that plagiarism is no big deal, it undermines their their own existence and if they do hold those accountable they'll have to fire people regardless if they are diversity hires which again is a bad look and is damaging to schools especially those that expose their prestigious standing within higher education. Imaging a professor telling you not to plagiarize even though they were caught plagiarizing?

My guess is that the left will now say higher education has been a major contributor to inequality and is responsible for most if not all inequity globally and will likely sprinkle some racism on top to really hammer the point home.

Meritocracy will be vilified and no longer needed in society and thus higher education will be attacked.
Its something solicits have been wanting for a long time as well will work to weaken US sphere of influence in undermining our education system and to knocked down our globally ranked colleges and universities. The US will no longer be the destination for higher education.

My guess was correct they would look within Ackman's own circle to to find plagiarism. His own wife - busted - dissertation at MIT.
