The Canadian Department of National Defense is sending 95 soldiers from 2 active duty units to go to England to train Ukrainian volunteers. The Canadian government has authorized up to 225 Canadian soldiers to England and elsewhere in NATO. They already have soldiers rotating in Latvia for years. I was involved in the Canadian Maple Resolve Exercise directly related to a Canadian equivalent of NTC done at Canadian Forces Base Wainright in 2018 and 2019. Normally, a few hundred American Army, USMC and ARNG/USAR are there to be there for support, logistics, or as part of the OPFOR.
