Capt Gregory Prickett - No Greg Trump didn't run against Obama. Obama was trying to secure his legacy with a Clinton win. You might remember, if you are being honest, he fully endorsed and held events on her behalf while chiding Trump all the way. He was fully invested in one candidate over the other. There is nothing wrong with that until the apparatus of the federal government is used by the party in power against the candidate of the other major party but you seem okay with that sort of government misuse/abuse.

Let's see, they had Carter Page under surveillance for what a year or more? How many charges of anything have been levied against Page for any crime? The answer is none, zip, zero. After a year of Mueller and all of the eavesdropping on Page by the feds and others, not a single charge. Isn't that interesting?

The head of the FBI., under oath, said that there would have been no FISA warrant without the dossier, period. It would have been impossible to get without it. We know the dossier was garbage, contrived by a political operative paid for by the DNC and used to get a FISA warrant to listen in on political opponents. You seem perfectly okay with all of that though.

Capt Gregory Prickett- your comment of "that's easy" is the problem. We either have a Constitution or we don't. Obama was the POTUS. Under his time in office, his 87 Billion dollar a yr Intelligence Agency team of networks discovered 1-3 personnel as you mentioned or inferred were in "communication" with Russian Intelligence Agents. I believe the 1 Trump campaign staffer to be Carter Page. We now have established two facts- the 4th Amendment means very little if a FISA Judge was convinced that a low level campaign member was all that was required to unleash our Intelligence apparatus against an opposing political team. And second if 1-3 members were in "communication" with the Russians why haven't they been arrested for a crime? You also use an interesting word in your last paragraph "if". So by your education in, knowledge of and practice of Law how many judges grant opinions on rumors and unproven possibilities. Or do judges and the law for that matter operate based on facts and evidence? What we have today is a banana republic with law for whomever the political affiliation favors.
