Murder charge filed in fallout from video that shows nurses laughing as dying WWII vet struggles...

The nursing care industry is so powerful they can sway and influence state legislatures to a point where a state regulatory agency is reduced to a mere joke with little or no authority or funding to do anything. In this case, hopefully, the perps will end up being held accountable by law, but the nursing home will get off scott free to foster future poor care which resulted in the Veteran's death.

It will be interesting to see how far the murder charge will stick. Will it get over turned? Hope not.
