Being honest soldiers do not need this organization, because soldiers need to request their absentee ballots which in all my deployments were always supplied by the Command. Also This organization stand to become another Wounded Warrior Project that panders for money.

Good point, However, in Afghanistan there was so much FOB hopping it was easy to get away from your support network, on NATO bases or as an Airman on all Army or mostly Army installation. I was still able to vote.
