So you agree, when Hispanics in Arizona put Mexico's flag above the American Flag or removed our flag and put up a Mexican flag, they are traitors? I agree with you.

MSG Stan Rollins Were the Hispanics immigrants or citizens? If citizens then I would tell them US goes above the Mexico flag but both can fly. Would tell same to German Americans, Irish Americans, Japanese Americans, etc. If they’re non citizen immigrants I couldn’t care less.
Then again when I first moved to El Paso Tx 10 yrs ago I was shocked to watch a pre-movie advertisement at the local theater for the Mexico National futbol team but not one for Team USA. *it happens. Oh well.

[USC02] 4 USC Ch. 1: THE FLAG
States can fly under our flag. Different nations must be on separate staffs at the same heights.
§7. Position and manner of display, F, & G

(f) When flags of States, cities, or localities, or pennants of societies are flown on the same halyard with the flag of the United States, the latter should always be at the peak. When the flags are flown from adjacent staffs, the flag of the United States should be hoisted first and lowered last. No such flag or pennant may be placed above the flag of the United States or to the United States flag's right.

(g) When flags of two or more nations are displayed, they are to be flown from separate staffs of the same height. The flags should be of approximately equal size. International usage forbids the display of the flag of one nation above that of another nation in time of peace.
