I thought the media publication was supposed to take care of this. Also, the breached party sends letters to the impacted....many of us got this from OPM...for multiple breaches.

It is a requirement for the government entity, this helps fill in the gaps with the remaining.

MGySgt (Join to see) - True, but I have found G-6s who did not realize it also goes to US-CERT, DHS...It was a quick reporting requirement a few years ago.
