Prominent leadership is always welcomed within any organization. Just ensure to do what is right for the overall health of an organization and that of its members. Lastly, do not ever forget where you came from as every member within the military had to climb their way up towards their current position. Remain both hungry and humble. Thoughts??

Just a simple thought, Don't tell someone to do something that you wouldn't to do yourself. Great leaders are those who have a servant mind set. Always working for those who work for them. Sorry, work calls.... Will be back shortly. Thanks
