NATO Ambassador Schools Trump After President Humiliates Himself In Front Of The World

Having served my country for 8 yrs. I fear most for my brothers in arms who are currently serving under this administration. He is careless in his remarks and is a threat to the safety of our troops and this country in general.
Why is it Bill Clinton was impeached for lying to congress, but didn't trump just do the same? He accused Obama of wire tapping trump towers and forced an investigation paid for with tax payer money. Do you think he will get the same treatment? If not why?

Anyone answer this please - Did Germany meet its obligatory 14.65% Direct Funding of NATO?
