He's shown a pattern of misconduct. There is several layers of deceit that were exposed. There's no telling what other damage he could have done. He should be maxed out.

This guy is a disgrace to the uniform. It's a shame that his subordinates have this type of leader standing in front of them in formation.

This goes to show that if you are doing secret squirrel stuff OR handling secret squirrel papers YOU WILL HAVE TO KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT regardless of who you talk to or hang out with. If you can find any of them ask the air crews members that talked with undercover agents about their secret squirrel mission (dropping the atomic bombs on Japan) . Those personnel ended up being in charge of a mess kit repair unit and they were never heard from until after the war.
