Navy Announces Enlisted Rating Modernization Plan

How do you guys feel about this? It is an abomination that will do nothing but waste thousands of man hours and destroy morale. So many people worked hard to be their respective rates and now the navy took that away. I will always be an ET this is so disgraceful. So much for tradition I feel this is a huge slap in the face to our navy veterans and active duty personnel. Why did what isn't broken!?
