Follow on to the bomb threats at Norfolk. I hate when they say "Deemed Uncredible" they were credible enough to put everything on lock down. Six separate calls is not random or a prank. There was a goal. My sincere hope is that the FBI, NCIS, NSA, DHS, ATF, and anyone else needed to resolve this, finds the source before they graduate from threats to action.

While the potential issue could be someone testing out response time, I would lay money on it being some disgruntled Sailor, or dependent with nothing better to do over the summer vacation. I hope they find them and teach them the errors of their ways.

@CPO (Join to see) Hope for the best, plan for the worst. I hope you are right that is just someone being stupid. My fear is it being a test as part of the planning for an actual attack.
