Navy Has First Female Applicants for SEAL Officer, Special Boat Units

Nothing surprises me about the navy anymore,they will probably have pink tops as gym gear soon.AND special boat unit is not a seal!

A couple of things: they have women in the training cadre. How does that currently make sense? Those women are not SEALs? They might eventually come to be, but I think this is fudging it. Second, it would be a damned shame if they called an already-successful SWCC male who transitions to female, the first female SWCC operator. Let the first biological female earn that honor. I'm all for live and let live, but there are basic scientific physiological facts that gives trans women distinct, significant, and very real advantages over biological females, and as such, some nod should be given to that issue so as not to dilute the achievements of biological females.
