Navy relieves two officers of duty following deadly USS McCain crash

Still want to see the reports for both destroyers. When something like this happens, the CO/XO and others always go down. Unless there is a release of any unclassified material on these collisions, we will never know the true extent of the specific actions leading up to them and proper remedial action.
