Navy veteran says he's forced to live in a storage unit

Saw this as a link on another story and clicked on. While I feel for the Veteran, the hard thing I have accepting is when he says the VA and other organizations haven't come through yet. Now, the part about the VA does not surprise me but I am left wondering if this veteran is accepting "no" to quickly. I truly hope he finds the help he needs.
