What about the thousands of above and below ground fuel tanks, public and privately owned?

How old is that pipeline and what's the damage? How much damage does a train transporting petroleum products do when they wreck? Let's ask Obama's friend Warren Buffet who's railroads haul them, while we are at it what happened to his tax lawsuit? Capital cronyism at its best.

Trains and trucks cause air pollution. Is all of that not polluting ground water too? Doesn't all the carbon that's emitted by burning diesel go up into the air and create acid rain? Isn't that what they taught us about in the 80s and 90s? Oh yeah! The environmental impact of things changes to fit a liberal narrative more than I change my underwear!! And I do that daily!

I can tell you that pipeline is over 40 years old and 90% was contained in a 500 meter radius. The pipeline was exposed due to a hillside giving way and it pulled the pipe apart. Crude oil sit on top of water and the water is frozen, so no water was contaminated. #fakenews

What the Dakota Access Pipeline Is Really About
Rep. Kevin Cramer writes that the standoff isn’t about tribal rights or water, but a White House that ignores the rule of law.

MCPO Roger Collins - oh I know all about the pipeline and what the protest is really about. I live in Bismarck. A few of the things that haven't been reported are the harassment of the farmers in the St. Anthony area, stolen cattle, cut fences, school buses stopped and attempted to be searched by masked men, farmers chased by men on horseback waving clubs and baseball bats, residents run off the road, car windows shot out, tractors stolen and wrecked, and more. All of this BEFORE a single arrest, sponge/rubber round fired, CS/percussion/flash bang grenade thrown, fire hose used, or Tazer.
