Nearly half of females failed to graduate Army Infantry training, standards were also lowered

SPC Eric Hurdle Well that is a whole other ball game. I was strictly referencing making it through basic infantry training. I would think of those "true" dozen they would be pretty hard chargers. Unfortunately genetics would work against them faster than their male counterparts. They would probably all have hip and back issues within their first enlistment especially if deployed often.

LCDR (Join to see) Standards were lowered, the females only had to pass the PFT at the lower female standard. Females should have to pass at the male standard with regards to Infantry, or any combat arms MOS.

I guess I took it for granted that the regular PRA/PFA standards by gender would apply-- and I'm kind-of okay with that as they apply across the board, are somewhat based in science, and aren't REALLY tied to any specific area of mission performance as opposed to reinventing the wheel. (Although I'm not a big fan of comparing scores for honor grad/promotion purposes when it really is an apples to oranges comparison.)
I was thinking about more training-specific: weight of rucks, specific training courses, etc.
