Thanks for sharing an interesting article Kim Bolen RN CCM ACM. I rarely have nightmares; but, when I take medications which reduce spasms that help me sleep I do have very busy dreams which wake me up and frequently lave me feeling unrested when I get up.
When I don't take the meds the dreams are fewer but pain wakes me up.
I laugh when people say they want to sleep like a baby. Anybody who has raised children realizes that babies sleep for 3 to three hours and wake up uncomfortable [thirst; wet diaper, stomach ache, etc.) :-)

Kim Bolen RN CCM ACM - thanks, that reminds me that I have never been invited to sing in a church choir. I make a joyful noise but not a pleasant sound :-)
