This is really great news for a lot of underprivileged kids who might get the chance to choose their school under the proposed Trump-DeVos plan for vouchers. 2.8, 4.4, and 6 points on the ACT is a huge deal. Max score is 35, and the difference between a 27 and a 32 could be the difference between not getting accepted to college, and getting a scholarship.

the Public Schools systems Fear the Loss of the Funds as it Takes 12 to 14 K per year for and education and the Private schools are turning out Better Qualified and educated Kids for 9 to 11 K a year...

Yes, in many cases. A positive side-effect may be that vouchers actually motivate public schools to try harder and improve.

What do you do with those children who can't get to those schools and have to stay put? Thats the real issues with school choice.

I suppose you could focus on the negative...the fact that not EVERYBODY can transfer out of failing public schools. That doesn't mean that this isn't great news for the thousands of kids who will be helped by it.
