During my first deployment after 9-11, Chase felt it did not have to abide by the Soldiers and Sailors Act, despite numerous letters from me and the JAG explaining their required role. I finally resolved the issue by refinancing my mortgage with USAA (upon my return to CONUS). It was determined later, that Chase illegally foreclosed on numerous military individuals. It was years later that they finally took ownership of their callas attitude and refusal to adhere to their legal responsibilities. There are too many other financial organizations, such as USAA and Pentagon Federal Credit Union, that have supported military over the years. I prefer to support those organizations with a lifelong commitment versus the “Johnny come lately”.

Excellent news. JP Morgan is vet friendly but hopefully, this will make jobs even more accessible.
