SSgt (Join to see) she sued over 125 bucks a month. She paid more than that for the blood sucking sub human creature, aka divorce attorney that represented her. Additionally, what type of a miserable excuse for a human being do you have to be to say "I don't care that you have a disability, I want money." The winner in this is lawyers. They will be able to drag out divorce proceedings and run up the charges.

PO3 Steven Sherrill I remember a DWI lawyer here where I was a police officer. He would NEVER turn a case down, no matter how open-and-shut it was. We would simply take your $500 & send you on your way.

SSgt (Join to see) Of course, it's all preliminary at this point. Will have to see how things shake out w/ the VA and other systems already in place. I'm sure there will be a State that tries to act against the ruling, too.
