Thanks for sharing the news that in the past General Mills invented the Nerf ball, and its technicians helped build the Black Box flight recorder and now their product developers are more likely to set up so-called “lemonade stands” for new products in grocery stores to learn what customers like and dislike SPC Britanny *Winnie* Balthaser.
I concur that involving consumers at the outset of the product development process makes a lot of sense. The fast food industry has employed this model for decades.
