That seems reasonable that Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) today is moving forward with disciplinary action against three Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) attorneys and has filed a Complaint against two Board Veterans Law Judges SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL.
The fact that the judges are going to be evaluated by the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) which has direct jurisdiction over cases concerning administrative law judges is not encouraging. I hope that more than a slap on the wrist will be the outcome.
Hopefully this is a good sign that VBA is being cleaned up and will one dat be effective in supporting the veterans evaluation process and the appeal processes.
I concur with SMSgt Minister Gerald A. Thomas
