NMCB 133 Seabee Umpires Exercise During BALTOPS

Navy Seabees can do more than build, they have expeditionary skills that help them in combat and other missions around the world, working with JTF's and other national forces all over the world. They participate in NATO BALTOPS and have some using skills as Umpires.
