His message is pretty clear "treat each other with respect." We are better than this, I know some post on here have talked about how young many people are that are committing these acts but this is unexceptionable behavior be above the crowd and act like a sailor and protect your fellow shipmates from this degradation.

You should look at all the comments that were posted when I posted this link.... It's amazing the responses we get from this topic. I used the Leadership group, but I didn't even know there was a group for Toxic Leadership! I also posted a link from the Navy Times on that post... I'm still bothered by the comments on that article.
