Disgraceful!!! And the Army wonders why they have a problem with Sexual Assault in the military and people not reporting it...because they make dumbass decisions like this.

bullshit! it is a virtually guaranteed paycheck for the rest of your life for any woman who makes an accusation. This sounds like another he said she said accusation I am just surprised that the army didn't warm up the Kangaroo Court-Martial system, and the accusation came from the SHARP rep? are you kidding! The SHARP rep was getting sexually assaulted by the Battalion commander for 2 years... and didn't say anything... right!
