"No Gun-Plans For You" No Free Speech In Blue States

Definitely an attack by liberals on the first and second ammendment. What the court forgets is they are not in place to make policy, they are there to rule on law, based on the constitution. Instead, they wish to control the people by making interpretations that are not consistent with the Constitution

A very true statement "The issue with home built guns isn’t that criminals will have guns, but that gun control will finally be shown as the failure it is"

Laws only effect law-abiding citizens, Criminals do not care.. Then again the left don't even want to call criminals, criminals so its not surprising they would call free speech a criminal act.
