All I can say is 'Really'! So if we make targets yellow there will be an increase of oriental shootings, if we make them brown an increase of Hispanic killings and if we make them white heaven only knows what kind of killings? Talk about reaching for the stars!

It's funny because a recent (2014, I think) study actually found that people are quicker to pull the trigger to stop a white or Hispanic person than an African-American one.
