Is anyone surprised to find that the best estimate of lives saved by the Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) is Zero? In fact life expectancy in the US has dropped since implementation of the ACA. The article points out that currently, there is no clear causation between the two and the decrease in life expectancy may be due to the fact that, in the same time period, American obesity, diabetes, and substance abuse have increased.

No, But I could have said throw out the ACA and replace it with something that works (i.e. repeal and replace) or even that I'm not surprised that as America quit working (under President Obama two terms) obesity, diabetes, and substance abuse increased. Fortunately, President Trump is working on solutions for both problems.
