SFC Chad Sowash The mobile industry has seen a number of painful transformations with Apple and Google emerging and now leading what was a hardware dominant industry. Nokia, now owned by Microsoft, Blackberry, Sony, Motorola, Erickson, LG, Samsung have moved from hardware dominant to OS dominant purchase decisions.
It must be difficult for the CEO of a hardware provider to provide guidance when they were unable to see the direction and take advantage of it.

SFC,
I disagree with his statement.
He/they did not adapt to change. How can their company overcome, if they do not adapt and improvise.
As a veteran small business owner, I am constantly snooping and pooping on patrol to gain a edge on the enemy.
Second place is first loser.

It's not hard to disagree with Mark. He didn't see failure because his head was stuck in the sand. It's his version of his and the company's reality.
