North Carolina workers sue company they say fired them for refusing to pray at work

1SG (Join to see) It's going to be a long fight for anyone who still believes in the Establishment Clause.

From the article “If you do not participate, that is okay, you don’t have to work here. You are getting paid to be here.” So if the rest of the employees are taking part in these sessions, were they still getting paid? What if those taking part are not catholic? Do they get docked for not reciting the catholic "version" of the Lord's Prayer?
I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I hope this one fails.
