I very frequentlymtend to find myself wondering just exactly why the human race has such a seeming predilection for giving rise to such clearly, overtly, loathsome monstrosities. I further find myself wondering precisely why the human race has never devised a means of stopping such morons when they so clearly repetitively arise, over and over again, seemingly without end. The "dictator phenomenon' is what I often find myself calling it, at least in my own mind; one would've thought the human race would've found a way to anticipate such demons arising, and prepare to remove them at a far earlier stage, by international agreement, before they get, all too frequently, to such a stage, I would be rationally thought and hoped, which, in the case of that totapmlunatic, is quite obviously not the case, unfortunately, I'm afraid.
