Iran is helping them also. A good opportunity to take him out. If they have the ability to hack and make it detonate on the deck or return to launch site at launch, assuming his entourage would be within the kill zone. Then send condolences to NK for loss of their leadership from a failed launch attempt. Offer humanitarian assist for the new regime. Send flowers. Unless we want a full-scale war there, they need to think outside the box. Nothing else has worked. The clock till fully nuke-capable is ticking.

Thanks for your vote of confidence SCPO Ramsey; Nuclear weapons programs are only for self-defense and, not to booster a nation's global standing, I believe. However, nuclear programs are a threat to global sanity today. If nations use nuclear power productively then, nuclear energy will become a real boost to global electrification, education, national advancement and reduction of poverty. We need to capture this essence and use it to promote global economy.
