I mean come on when your country has had a "declaration of War" so many times that the Onion wrote about it, you are just being a petulant child. Though it is something that Obama and Trump have in common, according to North Korea, both President's declared war on them. Yeah bipartisanship!

Just more propaganda. He wants something and he's going to keep poking the bear until he gets it. That strategy has worked in the past. It's gotten him foreign aid, nuclear reactors, etc. And he'll depend on China to provide cover while he pokes the bear
