Not a Day Care

The author asks a very interesting question, one that I can't answer inasmuch as it's been a long time since I was on active duty. Did our military commanders provide therapy dogs, bean bags, crayons and coloring books for our service members following the disappointing results of the recent election? I suspect that there are many on RP who could provide the answer...
