NOVA was created by its founders — Kenneth Carpenter, Keith Snyder, and Hugh Cox — to provide support and organization for the private bar representing veterans in their disability claims against VA. Their vision for NOVA was set forth in Mission Statement early bylaws:

I'm obv glad others incl yourself has seen their site, honest, I swear, I'd been trying to mention them on here I'm the last sending in the link, !entioningmitmon as many threads as possible so etimes, I got good responses other instances, others understandably, preferred to mention the major vet groups, both, possibly out of customarynhabit, which was entirely comprehensible, however, also, I think, as most tend to obv prefer not needing to pay if avoidable, which, certainly, my wife and I could understand. My whole thing was pretty horrendous, a total nightmare,majd, though we had me start initially with one of the major vet groups, good people, honestly, who did the best they could for us, my whole thing just simply spriaoed and mushroomed to the point where we quite clearly needed more help, honest. So, after much searching, we jadmme find NOVA, and , fortunately, one of their guys was near us, reasonably close, plus, Jed had 3 yrs prior active, and was pretty high in qthe NOVA food chain, quite senior, and really, truly, knew what he was doing, it's not that thenvet group didn't, and, of course ,the charged what thempaw allowed VA to have attys charge on contingency, however, please believe what I say, he was immeasurably well worth the expense, and made me realize, along with other disability attys for my wife and myself, that, truly, there's a very real reason the Almighty invented lawyers, honest. Now, pls also understand, not all of the NOVAmreps are attys, i think, though, of course, we gathered the bulk are, app!are extrmly reputable, all highly experienced, all capable of handling really really complex cases. We've learned a good deal, my wife and myself, over the 8 yrs we've had to deal with disability stuff for both of us, and I can explain more if you all would wish, of course however, we cannot extol NOVA too highly to all who need really serious VA claims help, honest,mhope wasmof ise, be eager for thoughts, many thanks.
