The American tribes have a decision to make: Remain outside the mainstream or join it. I hope they join. I believe that they have much to contribute to American culture, that they can be better helping us rather than despising us. They also can be more effective at restoring and maintaining the land working from within the system rather than without and I think that we would all be ready, willing, and able to be their allies in that endeavor
