I recently upgraded to Life Member from the 5-year category. At the same time, I gifted my son-in-law with an annual membership.

I have been an NRA member since 1963, that was when I turned 16, I had to go hunter Safety class to get my first hunting license. The Game warden that gave the class required every student become an NRA member. I did and have been a member continuously since then which amounts to 55 years as a Member of the NRA!! They could easily reach their goal if they did the same today!
