NRA Sues NY Gov. Andrew Over Backroom Exhortations & Public Threats

SGT (Join to see) for a politician, the worst place to strike is at their wallet. Costing them money is almost as bad as threatening violence, so I hope the NRA prevails, and that it puts a serious hurt on this jackass.
This cuomo guy looks like an extra from a mob movie. Kinda apropos considering he is using veiled threats to get a desired result. It is his right under the First Amendment to feel that Americans should be disarmed. It is not his right to trample the Constitution overtly, or under the table just because some morons elected him governor.
I just had to go pick my daughter up from her college in Vermont. I left my pistol at home just because I was going to be driving through the communist states of Maryland, New Jersey and New York. As an aside, maybe instead of persecuting gun owners, the governor should focus on fixing the damned roads. I have driven on unpaved country roads in South Dakota that were in better condition than the interstate in New York and New Jersey.

Perversion of power should always have profound punishment. This guy has gotten away with too much for too long.
