Yikes that is not good I wonder how much of trend it is for the sub force 9 is alot for a single sub.

When I was in the Navy as a Machinist Mate 2nd Class (Auxiliary) on submarines, we didn't have this problem. We had one guy that reported to the boat, was drug tested, and a week later, he was gone for pissing hot. One incident out of 3 years and that was from 2002 until 2005. So 9 sailors is definitely a no go.
